Admin Membership
All incoming administrative personnel are required to take a REIN Orientation Class. Prior to taking a class, the following forms and paperwork must be received by REIN. Completed documents should be faxed to 757.531.7913 or emailed to Customer Service.- Licensed Assistants - Submit an ACC-1A signed by broker and a copy of VREB DPOR License by Exam Application to REIN. A $30 set up fee applies and will be collected on the day of class along with the quarterly licensee fee.
- Unlicensed Agent Assistants - Licensed Agent must submit an ACC-1A signed by their broker and an Application for Unlicensed Assistant. A $25 set up fee applies and will be collected on the day of class along with the quarterly access fee.
- Unlicensed Office Personnel - Unlicensed Office Personnel must submit an ACC-1A signed by their broker.
Once the above paperwork is received by REIN, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to schedule a class date and time.
If your broker has authorized listing input capability, a Listing Input Rights Form for Licensed Personnel or a Listing Input Rights Form for Unlicensed Personnel must also be submitted and a Listing Input (LIP) class must be scheduled.
